This is a picture of a wet gerbera flower with a touch of photoshop manipulation. In order to achieve this simple effect, I used the twirl filter in photoshop about 15 degrees. Didn't want to get too dramatic. Everything else is basic editing such as color saturation.
Thanks in advance for the comments

Ahh, that shape again! I am beginning to see a pattern, literally and figuratively. To me, the color saturation on the green is a little too strong, and it seems to me moreover that color isn't the star in this picture, it's that ribbed pattern. Look at that mushroom again from a few days ago; even with very muted colors you'll see it works on the strength of the pattern and rhythm rather than color. Just my thinking.

@GJC: I absolutely agree with the green saturation comment, so I uploaded a different version. Hopefully this solves the problem. Thanks
I'm not one who likes Photoshop effects, because usually they are employed to give a poor photo some sort of interest, but in this case I would say it's use was more than justified. The colors are striking and the twist really grabs the viewer and holds their attention. Great job.
